Aromatherapy has been used for over 5,000 years for balancing physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. While aromatherapy has become more popular in recent years, there is so much more to aromatherapy than the candles, potpourri or other "smells" from many companies. Clinical Aromatherapy 101 covers over 34 of the most beneficial essential oils. Clinical Aromatherapy 102 goes into even greater detail on these essential oils.

These seminars are an in-depth study on clinical aromatherapy as an alternative therapy. You will gain a working knowledge of essential oils (botanical, medicinal grades) producing oils from aromatic plants, and an oil's biochemical specificity. By studying the methodology behind the production of natural oils from aromatic plants, you learn the positive, physiological and psychological effects on the mind and body.

You will learn how to select and blend oils and address a variety of conditions such as pregnancy, infants and children, the elderly, and common ailments. You will also learn how to custom-blend your own personal formulas for dealing with daily stress and how to create a handy first-aid kit.
