Thomas Anstett has been involved in the wholistic health profession for over 35 years, working with the leading pioneers in the Naturopathic field. He has a Doctorate of Naturopathy and a Master Herbalist degree and is also a member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants. For the past eight years, Thomas has traveled throughout the United States teaching for the Certified Natural Health Professionals as well as guest lecturing at Florida Atlantic University. He is also a Certified Instructor with the International Iridology Practitioners Association. To complement his background in the wholistic health field, Thomas is a State and Nationally Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified NeuroMuscular Therapist. He has taught students at the Alpha Institute for Massage Therapy in the area of soft tissue dysfunction and MyoFascial release.

Dennis Frerking was an undercover narcotics investigator in the mid 1970's, before becoming a Chiropractor, receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College, with specialties in Spinal Biomechanics and Enzyme Replacement Therapy. Currently he travels extensively giving health lectures on Food Enzyme Nutrition.

Cofounder, along with his wife, Emily, of the Centre for Holistic Skin Therapy in Newnan, Georgia, Dr. Fritchey is a Master Herbalist, Natural Health Lecturer, and Nutritional Consultant. He is a graduate of the Trinity College of Natural Health. He is also an avid herb gardener and wild crafter who formulates and prepares many of the herbal tinctures and remedies used in their practice.

Maria-Dolores Gonzales is the founder of Aromatherapy Institute, Inc., a recognized center for training and education in the field of clinical aromatherapy, and the WholeBody Health Clinic in Dallas, Texas. She has gained national recognition as a leading educator in her field.

Dr. Elaine Newkirk is a Licensed Practical Nurse who has blended her background in western medicine with the education and experience she has as an ND and CNHP. As owner of New Life Nutrition, Inc, Dr. Newkirk sees clients regularly at her office just south of Rochester, N.Y.

Mark Pedersen is a research bio-chemist who specializes in herbal chemistry. Formerly in research and development with Nature's Sunshine Products, he has formulated many popular herbal products. He is the author of Nutritional Herbology, a best selling book and is in demand as a national speaker.

Jan Roberson has been in the natural health field for the past 25 years. Within those 25 years, she has accomplished becoming a Certified Nutritional Consultant and a Master Herbalist, an Iridologist and a member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants (AANC). Mrs. Roberson has her own practice where she has been helping people for the last 9 years.

Bill Thomas has a Certificate in Nutritional Counseling, a degree as a Doctor of Naturopathy (N.D.) and a Masters of Science Management. In addition he has obtained a degree as a Master Herbalist and is a graduate of the Kansas Massage Institute. He is a Certified Natural Health Professional, Certified Massage Therapist and is a member of the International Massage Association, Kansas Association of Massage and Bodyworkers and the American Association of Nutritional Consultants.

Bill is a primary instructor at the Kansas Massage Institute in Topeka, Kansas. He has a private practice as a Naturopath and specializes in neurophysiological therapies, deep tissue and sports massage as well as holistic approaches to healing.

As cofounder of the National Association of the Certified Natural Health Professionals, Dr. Whitman travels extensively around the country as an instructor. Dr. Whitman is also the founder and dean of the Trinity College of Natural Health in Warsaw, Indiana.
