Body Systems
If you have ever wondered what in the world your Liver has to do with your Heart, or why your Pancreas has such an influence on your Thyroid… THIS is the seminar for you. There are rampant misconceptions about the interdependence and interactions of various organs and glands in our own bodies.
We can be led, mistakenly, to the conclusion that these very organs and glands have nothing to do with each other, and that we cannot heal by improving diet and lifestyle. These are dangerous conclusions as they cause us NOT to recognize that everything that happens in our bodies impacts something else. Worse yet, we might be led to inaction or the decision to “cover up” symptoms… possibly leading to systemic dis-ease or illness. We miss the fact that the Body is one large System with other, smaller, systems as vital components.
This seminar focuses on the care and feeding of the many systems that run the human body… Endocrine (Glandular), Structural, Respiratory, Circulatory, Nervous and Digestive. Special note will be made of the function and interrelationships of the various organs and glands, with emphasis on nutrients that encourage healing and balance.
Upon Successful Completion of this Seminar, the Student will:
• Be able to differentiate between Anatomy and Physiology
• Have a working knowledge of the major human body systems and many of their interrelationships
• Understand the impact of certain nutrients on the various systems and organs
• Be able to select effective herbs, vitamins, homeopathy and aromatherapy to support and balance organs and glands
• Be able to put Nutrition concepts to work for optimal support of all Body Systems
Highlights
• Focused discussion about the impact of Digestion (second brain) on the balance of the entire body
• How to identify (and help correct) defects in glands, organs and their respective systems
• Discussion of many “superfood” nutrients, such as Alfalfa, Dandelion and CoQ10, and their broad influence on the various organs, glands and body systems
• Emphasis on what to DO, as well as what to TAKE
• Applying logic flow to actual body systems flow, in order to have more meaningful consultations with clients

CNHP has several key areas we believe to be the foundation of all other natural health information and concepts. These five seminars are the basis of our certification, and the information in these seminars provides the student with the hands-on application of various theories and techniques used by natural health practitioners. Additional modalities such as homeopathy or aromatherapy can be better understood once the student masters these elements of good health.
Students can achieve their CNHP certification in eight days by attending this intensive course of study that presents all five Certification Seminars back-to-back. - Capstone Seminars
