This seminar offers a common sense, “place
to start” approach to essential preparations that
every natural health practitioner and household
should have—in case they find themselves suddenly
on their own without the benefit of community assistance.
That's when health assistance is of the highest
importance whether it is required due to minor
or major circumstances.
Nutrition
All good health depends on good nutrition.
Effective health programs include the understanding
of sound nutrition—from the foods we eat to additional
supplementation. You will learn the foundational
importance of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates,
proteins, and fats which can be used
